🍋 Lemon Iced Tea

Soothing, hydrating, and a little zesty — perfect for warm afternoons or a calming fridge stash.
🌿 Ingredients:
4 Cups filtered water
2 Organic rooibos tea bags (naturally caffeine-free and rich in antioxidants)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1–2 Tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Ice cubes (as needed)
🫖 Method (Stovetop):
Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a pan over the hob.
Once boiling, turn off the heat and add the rooibos tea bags.
Let them steep for 5–7 minutes (longer for deeper flavour).
Remove the tea bags from the water and stir in the lemon juice followed by the honey/maple syrup.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then place in a jug and chill in the fridge.
Serve over ice with freshly cut lemon slices and a few fresh mint leaves if you fancy it!
