Watermelon Slush

Ingredients:

  1. 1.2kg Watermelon
  2. Lime Juice, Fresh
  3. 2 Tablespoons Caster Sugar
  4. 12- 15 Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Deseed and cube 1.1kg of fresh watermelon.
  2. Place the watermelon in a blender along with the juice of 1 lime, 2 tablespoons of caster sugar and 12 -15 ice cubes.
  3. Blitz the blender for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the watermelon slush out into a tall highball glass.
  5. The drink is ready to serve.
